Confused about EARLY BIRDS

1) The FACTS site says:

After payment, you will receive by mail a confirmation of your payment as well as a mail for each bought Early Bird Ticket on which the name of person is mentioned and a unique number. Show a print-out of this mail at the entrance.

For the two EBs I ordered, I got ONE email as confirmation for my received payment, also saying my tickets will be be SEND to me in October.

--> Do I have to pick them up now or will they be send to me?


and 2)

I bought TWO EBs for my man and me and NONE for our daughter, cause the FACTS site said:

Children below 10 years can enter for free.

Now I read here in the forum, that no child under 10 is allowed to enter for free when holding an EB.

This wasn't mentioned ANYWHERE on the site!!?!!

--> Are children under 10 allowed to enter for free or not??

Answers to your questionS:
1. Early bird tickets will be sent to you by mail at the beginning of october.
2. Children below 10 years can enter for free, also when parents have a Early Bird-ticket.
