I received my first comment on Runaways #1 via this email at MySpace:
“I just put down an advance copy of Runaways Vol. 3 #1 and you, sir, have hit one out of the park. I have already been pushing Runaways as my favorite comic since her inception, but if your and Humberto’s run is as solid as the first issue, I’m going to redouble my efforts.”

Wahoo! Whew. Okay, off to a good start then.

storm IKE has passed and word from Terry Moore:

we’re safe and the house we rent is fine. All the trees are down. No flooding in my neighborhood, so all the SiP art is safe! There’s no power though. Word from the energy co. is 3 weeks!!!! Robyn and I have escaped the heat to Austin for a few days. Thanks for all the wel-wishes. Check back in later.
