Not to dissing the ultimate FACTS-god, but I am deleting ALL messages going WAY off-topic right NOW. I will be creating a little topic for some of the comments, since I believe in freedom of speech...deleting some of the badder comments though.

I missed Van Damme because of that and more. I must remind you on the fact that I was bound on a wheelchair, so the ramp was no option to use (could fall out of balance on it). I warned them about this but they ignored it, an that makes me angry, thinking I came from the first edition on (back then I could walk). I still feel i'm discriminated ( ilegal by law, btw). Thats why I think of not atending next time.

Did you actually ask someone of the FACTS-team to help you? Haven't heard any complaint about this. To send someone downstairs to one of the two info-stands would have solved your problem in a couple of minutes.

not having heard of it ? why, oh why isnt that a big suprise....
and euh 2 infostands downstairs, why 0 upstairs ? could be better to have 1 on each floor...

No one understands me, i'm VERY dissapointed for what went wrong. I (still) WANT COMPENSATION FOR MY LOSS !!! (i'm open to suggestions)

I should not even replying on it, but...there was a slope indeed, why have you not asked someone to help you go up and down? If someone pushes you, you won't be loosing ballance?

But don't be so hard on them, I know the elevator shut down wasn't supposed to happen, but there were indeed slopes, it's not that they like, closed those down as well.

Ok, this is truly the last time I'll reply to this subject.

Let's get things straight first : if I get it right, you got stuck on the first floor for a while, since the elevators were closed (for a variety of reasons - by the way, in case of an emergency elevators are always closed !).

Now, what I heard is that, as soon as one of our team was contacted, that person called upon the ICC and they brought you downstairs by using a special elevator. So, why didn't you call upon us earlier ?

Furthermore, what I didn't appreciate at all is that, once you've gotten downstairs, you went to the reception and insulted someone who was working there as a cashier for quite a while. The girl in question wasn't responsible for the closure of the elevators at all and so didn't deserve to be yelled at (she was quite upset about it afterwards - and rightly so).

So, yes, we do apologise if the closure of the elevators spoiled part of your fun, but I do have the impression that a request with the right person would have solved the whole matter earlier. And I do ask you to apologise for your unappropriate reaction towards the aforementioned girl.
