Autograph yes. Not a prob.
A freebie sketchie is discussed and most likely will be ok (it will be a fast one though) but all will be finalized this weekend.

While I'm not asking for a free sketch (those days are long gone... d**ned, I must be getting old as I actually remember back when you still got a relatively nice sketch for nothing... times have changed though and nothing's for free anymore), I DO hope Mr. Linsner's reason for being there is not just to do commissions? I would still like to get some comics signed, but when there's a line of 5-10 people waiting to get their expensive commission done, which take about an hour each, I really don't feel like waiting there a couple of hours just to have some comics signed. Don't get me wrong, I'm not better than anybody else and I certainly don't mind waiting in line. But once the commission business starts, I won't even bother anymore. I've made my opinion about this clear in the past.  I just would like to know in advance. BTW, here's a nice one too. I also like his recent Conan covers.  |

..just to reply to Little Wolvie's post (not to start a nasty discussion:)
I really hope that artist are taking commissions at the convention.
It is a unique opportunity to see the artist actually draw in front of you.
..I LOVE seeing artist draw (decent drawings, not fast smiley faces), it is very interesting/ learningfull to see + how many times can you see a big name like mr.Linsner (Bisley, Suydam, Cammo, Fabry, etc) do his thing !!
I hope all the artists take commisions and leave the free sketches alone (or like Adam Hughes did, for a half an hour ..twice a day free sketches time). If a artists charges for a sketch, there will be a lot less eBay sellers or other people that only want to make a profit of a art piece.
I have no problem (saving money) for a cool/ decent commission piece.
But it is very understandible that if you only want a few comics signed, that standing in a long and tiresome line is unacceptable.
Ussually if that is the case I would suggest, skip the line and ask the person who is standing in front of the artists if you could just let the artist sign some comics ..as far as I know, nobody made a problem out of that...
