The guest-artists told me to tell you all that if anyone has a desire to have a commission done BEFORE the show, then please contact them via Big Boom >> boomvavavoomADDgmailDOTcom

between 200 and 2000 and even 20,000 euro's, depending on which artist you want a commission from, how detailed you want to have it, how many characters on the commission, colored or BW, background or not....
Best is you can pitch me the artist and your budget and desire and I will set things in motion.
In fact...I am going to email all the artists (also the ones that are at this moment not even announced) with a question on commissions.
< maybe should have done that first >

awesome idea!! ..I always prefer commissions instead of sketches (I do not mind paying extra for something extra cool) ..although seeing them done in front of you also has it's charme. Anyway awesome idea!!!!

no sweat! NO PROBLEMO! A commission is a special drawing just for you, with a character you choose and very detailed. Top of the class You ask the artist if there is room on his commission list, and if he will put you there. You tell him specifics about the character and maybe even bring along references (a comic for instance) and you ask him when it can be finished. If you ask it on saterday and you can pick it up that day then it is great. If you can come back sunday then all is fine as well. If he puts you on the list and the commission is not done, he might do it at home ("home commission"...mostly even more detailed) or not at all. Pay only when you pick the piece up, or make a deal to split the payment.

well...yeah. But it is one hell of an investment AND if you really love a unique piece of art, this is the way to do it!! I think Monet or Dali would charge more if they would still be around

Some people think the prices for commissions are for small drawings.
Commission prices are for commissions done on A3-format and the prices for Suydam for instance, are well worth the money.
Sorry for the confusion.
