Kevin Sorbo has enjoyed success on television for over 15 consecutive years. He quickly rose to stardom in the title role of the hit series, "Hercules, the Legendary Journeys". What started as 5 initial 2-hour telefilms in 1993 resulted in the launch of a weekly series by 1994 and spawned two spin-off series, "Xena, Warrior Princess", and "Young Hercules".

Sorbo went on to star as "Captain Dylan Hunt" in "Gene Roddenberry's, Andromeda" which is based upon writings from the late "Star Trek" creator. The show ran from 2000 to 2005.

In 1997, Kevin Sorbo made his feature film debut in "Kull, the Conqueror", a prequel to "Conan, the Barbarian". Other films include "The Last Chance Café", "Something Beneath", "Clipping Adam", "The Avenging Angel" and "Meet the Spartans". His last movied is "Tales of an ancient empire", the sequel to the cult fantasy movie The Sword and the Sorcerer.

A native of Mound, Minnesota, Sorbo is a sports enthusiast and an avid golfer. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Sam, and three young children.

Give me a couple of days to make a page abour our next actor/actress and we'll start august with a bang.

The only clue I'm giving you know is that he/she is playing the MAJOR role in at least 1 serie.
And with leading I mean someone like Lance Henriksen (our 2006 guest) was in Millennium.

Summer Glau plays a lead in 2 series (firefly and terminator chronicles) but i would hardly call her someone who is in the same lague as Lance Henriksen though.

Jewel Staite is also a lead on Firefly and SGA (season 5), but she's back in Canada right now.

Although I would go through the roof on Amanda Tapping (Sanctuary + Stargate SG-1), she's on the expensive side, but she IS in Europe for the fall period.

Walter Koenig still holds, but he was only a lead on Star Trek and not on Babylon 5 (where he was a guest apperance).

Lexa Doig and Michael Shanks were both leads (on Andromeda and SG1 respectively), but both had only guest appearances in the other shows. *crosses off*

My number 1 guess: Terry O'Quinn who plays 1 of the leading roles in Lost as John Locke and he was a big player in Millennium and he was frequently in X-Files also.

Number 2 and 3 guess: 1 of the Adamas from Battlestar Galactica...it would fit with the previously announced guest (last year we had 3 from Stargate afterall) and 1 of them was for over 100 episodes in Maimi Vice and the other was quite frequent in Law and Order UK.

My girlfriend guesses its Boreanaz from Angel, Buffy and Bones.

Eddie Olmos, yes please. He's a GREAT convention guest, made about everyone laugh during Fedcon in May. Pair him up with Michael Hogan or Leah, and you have yourself a very big winner!
