I recently got this cowl, but it's too small 
I have a 23 inch head, but this (approximatley) 22 inch cowl gives me a serious case of "muffincowl".
So maybe someone here has a better home for it.
It is sort of like a more defined begins cowl and I believe it originally came from Great Britain.
