If you consider Roger Moore a 'small but interesting' name, then even Patrick Stewart isn't even out of the question.
My guess is still on one of the Harry Potter guys. Tom Felton may be the lucky winner.

He just played in the latest 1 billion blockbuster, for christ sake Felton has a convention the week before, so he wouldn't be the first guest to be shared between cons. 'Brief link' with HP could imply David Tennant, but he's hardly a small name either (having a small role in HP but a lead for 3 seasons in Doctor Who), so I am starting to wonder what you would consider 'small'. Little to no theatrical releases (mostly TV)? I guess in that case Tennant would qualify. Andy Serkis is hardly a small name with LOTR and The Adventures of Tintin, so we're gonna rule him out for the moment.

I wouldn't mind David Tennant - though small he's probably not. Rather tall I might add.

I just thought: "it's time to log in on the site again, 'cause maybe..... just maybe... some new names (actors/actresses) will show up.... " Seems I was right. But I will wait patiently (and secretly think about a few names), until the name is revealed...... don't wait too long (please).

Don't think it's David Tennant, small name and just played in the latest 1 billion blockbuster from Harry Potter. So that's "The Deadly Hallows". And he played only in "The Goblet of Fire".

I was hoping Tony Curran, but no link with Harry Potter I'm afraid. Small but interesting. Could it be Toby Jones (Dobby)? Well, I guess we'll see tomorrow But if with small you mean an actor that's not that popular, I'm pretty sure we can scrap David Tennant of the list.

Don't think it's David Tennant, small name and just played in the latest 1 billion blockbuster from Harry Potter. So that's "The Deadly Hallows". And he played only in "The Goblet of Fire". The 1-billion blockbuster comment was referring to Tom Felton, to make it clear that he does NOT qualify as a small name. I doubt that FACTS would invite 'unpopular' guests who only had blink-and-you-missed-its all over the place, simply because they won't attract any additional audience and the guests themselves won't sell any autographs. (So they would be losing money on it) Most British actors have a background in theatre and smaller film productions, so most could be recognized from some production. I would be inclined to go for either John Hertzler or W. Morgan Sheppard, but I don't know if either have a Harry Potter connection. One of the actors who was in the Discworld movies (e.g. Marc Warren, Tim Curry) would also be possible, but I don't know all of the overlap between those productions and the Harry Potter films.

When I said not that popular, I was more thinking in the lines of for example the same reason why people want Amy Allen or Orli Shoshan to come to F.A.C.T.S. A lot of persons who played small roles in Harry Potter are invited to many conventions. So that was what I was guessing when they said small but interesting (unless they mean it literally, like Warwick Davies or Verne Troyer) Tim Curry would be amazing, but I don't think there's a Harry Potter link.

If it were an actress I would nominate Shirley Henderson (aka Moaning Myrtle), but as far as I can tell she has yet to attend any conventions. Still, she might be worth it since she's known from Harry Potter and Doctor Who, and starred in numerous award-winning films and theatre productions.
Since she's not really a lead in major Hollywood blockbusters, AND she's a UK resident, it's still an option.

It's indeed someone who played in numerous british productions (old & new), known from some popular (typical FACTS) movies and did something in a HP movie. Like I said a small but interesting.

And I don't know many people who'd recognize Tennant, or are aware of Doctor Who's existence.
