I just read this on gunk.be, there are making a DBZ movie. Artikel is in Dutch. It will come out in 2009. www.gunk.be/Pages/News/Detail.aspx?id=1300And it looks awfull. None of the characters looks like them. I have a bad feeling that this movie will give DBZ a bad name.  The story begins with a young humanoid boy named Goku, who discovers that he was sent to Earth to blend in and destroy our population but instead elects to protect it from an oncoming alien onslaught bent on dominating the universe and controlling the mystical objects. He seeks out upon his adoptive grandfather Grandpa Gohan's dying request to find the great Master Roshi and gather all seven Dragon Balls. Of which he has one, in order to prevent the evil Lord Piccolo from succeeding in his desire to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world. I've seen the pictures aswel and i do fear that i wil not fulfill my hopes . . . at all
Maybe that is because i'm a BIG time DRAGON BALL (Z) freak and that i compare to much with the manga.

That's exactly my point, those french guys are (genuine) fans, but they did a hell of job for the costumes and for the moves, as for the special moves. So the great gods from Hollywood can do better than this, way better. To realise this, to make DBZ live action is a hell of a task, especially with the costumes, characters, attitudes, energy waves, fights, etc. . If they can make it they truely deserve an oscar and my eternal respect  |

Vegeta and Piccolo. XD Those are my favs. I love villains-turned-good kind of characters. Not that I watched that much DBZ. I saw up to Cell (and a bit further) on Kanaal 2, but nothing more than that.

thats like me when i was little i saw the episides on antenne 2. in club dorothee, after that i watched them on ka2. but where do they give them now ? because in my dbzbt 3 game there are so many awsome characters i have never seen . |

It's was stupid they stopped after cell. Because there was still Buu and SSJ 3 Goku. I watched them on the internet.

That was the very first thing i did, buying those dvdboxes from DRAGON BALL Z in japanese language with chinese and english subtitles, those are the best I do hope that the makers from the DBZ movie wil have at least viewed them all before shooting the movie  or else i wil shoot them |
