not in MY part of the Netherlands.
Only on PayedCable , but I am hearing good things (and tests in the land) so indeed maybe soon a " normal " channel instead of Pay-view!!

pfft, I lost my faith in scifi channel after they cancelled Stargate SG-1, and afterwards they say that SG-1 brought them to the top, they are CRAZY!!! ;D
