Stargate Atlantis season 4 is starting this friday in the US with the episode "Adrift" :Doh man I cant wait, after that huge cliffhanger in First Strike I cant wait to see what happens but I wont tell any spoilers  |

Ah, you haven't seen the leaked 401 & 402...sorry, it sounded like you had. They were fascinating with no music and no special effects sounds, just people yelling off-screen "bang", "boom", "beep beep", "paw", ... just like a comicbook on screen.
I can tell you 401 was boring beyond belief, and 402 should have been the premiere (IMHO). It's a whole lot better. Of course I'll be watching again next saturday and be comparing the unfinished product with the finished one.
And no, I'm not gonna reveil the source where I found these episodes.

I have read about it that in season 5, Samantha Carter will not be anymore the new commander of the Atlantis Expedition, butt Richard Woolsey will be. She will be a recurring guest in season 5.
Also will Dr. Daniel Jackson appear in at least two episodes. And there will be a new race introduced.
The season will feature two new characters, Captain Alicia Vega (to be played by Leela Savasta) and Dr. Allison Porter.

I liked it to, butt I expect a little more of it. If the replicators shouldn't be in it, it wouldn't have been a great movie.

About the replicators ; i thought they were COMPLETLY wiped out with the ancient device through the stargates acrros the universe

Butt the Asgard core on the Odessey have the entire knowledge of the asgard, so also about the replicators. And in stargate season 4, I think, there was a episode where the asgard showed Maj. Carter that they make there own replicator to study them and find a weakness. |

Will not buy season 5 (don't own 4 either) - pure waste of 42 good euro, which I will spend on Sanctuary season 1 instead.
I'm sure my sister will get season 4 of BSG at some point in time, though we've seen it already so no more surprises there.
