We're very proud to announce our third actor for FACTS 2006, Mr. [glow=red,2,300]MICHAEL IRONSIDE [/glow]He played in a zillion films, amongst which Total Recall, Top Gun, Highlander II, Starship Troopers, etc. But he also played in series like Stargate, Smallville, V, etc. And he's of course also famous for voicing Sam Fisher in the Splinter Cell series. Yeah! Michael Ironside! Good news. I've been a fan of his for over 20 years now, and he's been in tons of genre movies. My Scanners DVD is just waiting for an autograph! The actors line-up is shaping up quite nicely this year. This edition is going to be costly...  |

Okay, I had to go looking on his IMDb-page to figure out who he is, stargate-wise then. And then had to go to gateworld to figure out his character.
Cool, I guess, he's coming. Don't really know him, though, actually don't know him at all.

Michael Ironside probably is one of those famous faces, of which most people can't match it with a name. Once you've met him, you'll recognise in a LOT of tv-series and movies.

Not knowing Michael Ironside, strange idea, but thats ok, when your from far far away....
he's the second one here who worked with (or rather against) Arnold Schwarzenegger, an thats more than cool !

Does the team have any idea yet what the actors will be charging?
I know that Anthony Daniels, for example, can change his prices dramatically, depending on the convention and other guests.

You people definitely know how to please me I hope Mr Ironside will carry some "V" pics with him, I would sure love to have an autograph of him from that cult show ! With Lance Henriksen, he's probably the most recognizable ( and most prolific ) actor of fantasy TV and film. Facts rules, getting better year after year, where will you stop ? ;D |

Argh! Not knowing Michael Ironside... This man is such an actor! One of the best for bad guys! I followed his career since I was a child  I met him a few months ago and I'm still under the shock! LOL Ok now the good and the bad news. Bad one first as usual: he's incredibly impressive. Tall, weird, vibrating voice, cold humour... He can really make people unease. The good news: actually he's such a heart! If you don't let yourself be impressed he's really nice and allways says what he thinks -that may be good or bad for you LOL. For me he will allways be the guy who gave me some advise when I had to go on a stage and was so trembling... Thanks to him I really succeded my show... though I don't remember a word i said as I was so amazed that he coached me! LOLOL ;D And he loves... killer rabbits! Excellent choice ... Everybody's favourite bad guy . I've been following his career since 'Scanners' . I also loved his character in 'V' , Ham Tyler . Really looking forward in meeting Mr. Ironside ... |
