and a very nice man as well! I've met him twice before, he's the ultimate con-guest. He talks to everyone, has lots of great anecdotes and plays the ukelele and sings.
Yay for Vaughn!

Really, you guys do not know him, well let me be the one to tell you all that he played a very wide deal of roles in StarTrek, from Klingon to Admiral, seen in The Next Generation and the last series (made until today) Enterprise. He's roles are frequently a great deal to the episodes and in real life he is even a part of a band. Not knowing him, can only meaning that you are, and sorry to say this, a Warsie ! For the BVC it is a great honor, he's our Godfather (yes, i'm a member !). Our guests do sing by the way, he's one of the leads on The Enterprise Band, and he sings solo too. We met before and I can tel you he's a very friendly guy, lot of actors can learn from him, he's extremly generous. And I can tell you much more than this but if I do this posting would be so big that a lot of pc's charsh........
so for more about him, go meet the guy, he is great to meet !

He's not only a regular actor in Star Trek. He's done so many guest roles, it's hard to keep count. OK, some of them were pretty small, but he showed up in episodes of series like Wonder Woman, Remington Steele, Cheers, Quantum Leap, Seinfeld, Saved by the Bell, Frasier, Home Improvement, Babylon 5, Melrose Place, NYPD Blue, Profiler, Beverly Hills 90210, Buffy, ER, JAG, West Wing, The Power Rangers and Days of our Lives. You may not have seen him in everything mentioned, but there MUST be episodes with him you have seen. As mentioned, most of his roles are modest (with descriptions like "cop" or "security guard no 1"), but his face should be vaguely familiar to most people here. for a full list, go here

As a Warsie, Philie and a Gater (didnt even knew that term, but I can count myself as 1) I admit I dont know this guy also. I must have seen his cameo in ER since I saw everything up and till season 1 1that starts thursday here, but cannot remember him at all. Ahwell, as somebody told me in an other topic: this way you have more money to spend on merchandise . So are there any others coming or is this the list for this year?

Just because you dont watch startrek you are a fan of starwars, well let me tell you i'm not a fan of starwars but a fan of Stargate a true Gater Exactly. Why think the world is divided into either Star Trek or Star Wars? So, for anyone who doesn't watch Star Trek, this man is nothing more but an actor who does small talking roles in a serie or movie every now and then. No matter how generous or friendly he is, that's not what draws crowds to conventions. I'm sure the Trekkies will really enjoy meeting him, but count those out and I doubt you'll have a long line for him. Which can't be said from guests like Michael Ironside or Lance Henriksen. The FACTS guest list is a bit strange this year. Quite some extremes, it seems.

ok ok, sorry that i'm a Trekkie by heart, but this does'nt mean that i'm not open for other sci-fi...
To tell the truth, i do like Star Wars, but not for meeting Trooper xxx without his white mask on, it can be everybody, even George Lucas could be one f them. Stargate, well thats a hit for me, i love the series, even the movie. Met 4 of the castmember (2 main) and these guys are very cool, if my doc would look like Dr. Frasier, i would be sick every day, and jumping the gate with Carter, ooh yeah, start the DHD and try to hold me ! :-) Other Sci Fi is frequently on my screens at home.
Still hoping to see the Klingons Gowron and Martok on FACTS, they are in europe that period, but even for me, unknown their availability...
