You know, if para para is too difficult, maybe you could consider line dancing ;D Then, at least do it sci-fi style! I'll make sure to pack my CD's

I've seen conventions rock all the way on Within Temptation - Stand My Ground, so don't hesitate to pack the heavy guitars.

Normaly the people from the Twieoo themselves wil be playing the music, but i don't think they wouldn't mind us bringing some other music too . . . . to set the place on fire

The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire! That's how we set the place on fire. But I don't know about bringing CD's along, isn't the chance high that they get damaged in such a crowded place?

But I don't know about bringing CD's along, isn't the chance high that they get damaged in such a crowded place? And with modern CD-burners, that's a problem, how? Bringing original discs probably isn't the best idea, but that will also work perfectly when they're protected well (in a CD case or folder). I'm a DJ myself, so I know all about equipment mishandling and resulting damage.

My cd-burner is broken, so that's a no-go for me.

Why not just post them in this thread? Here's my default-convention-party list: Convention Classics: The Firm - Star Trekkin' The Timelords - Doctorin' The Tardis (12" version) The Rocky Horror Picture Show - The Time Warp Steps - Tragedy Village People - Y.M.C.A. Standard run-of-the-mill disco dance party/wedding music: Gloria Gaynor - I Will Survive Meat Loaf - Paradise By The Dashboard Light Frankie Valli - Grease Irene Cara - Fame Abba - Dancing Queen Metal all the way: Within Temptation - Stand My Ground / Ice Queen / What Have You Done Nightwish - Nemo / Planet Hell Rammstein - Feuer Frei / Amerika Metallica - Enter Sandman (tip!) / Master of Puppets There's a lot more, I can easily whip up a set of 10-15 CD's which is more than the evening will ever last

Me like Master of Puppets, Planet Hell and Feuer Frei. ^^ Power Rangers theme song would be funny too (it's actually even quite a good song, pure rock).

i have the following songs and i'll burn them into a cd or do you prefer burning those onto cd? or should i do it? If we burn a cd then should we not keep it to 1 cd per person? ok lets make a deal here, if you are planning on making a cd, please say the songs you are burning. Because we do not need the same song over and over again right? do not forget the pokemon theme ( first series) that also has some good guitar music in it And yes let's do the time warp again!!!

We also shouldn't forget the Carameldansen song. Pokémon theme is cool too. ^^
Edit: You know... Cotton Eye Joe should be present aswell. ^^

Cotton Eye Joe should be present aswell. ^^ Got that one as well, you need the original (Dutch) Rednex version or the wacky cover by Hampton the Hamster (from the Hamsterdance Song)? Still have to look for Carameldansen though. And I wonder if the Star Trekkin' group dance has been done at F.A.C.T.S. before, it's been a big hit on British conventions for quite some years, maybe I'll arrange a crash course ;D

I prefer the Rednex version of Cotton Eye Joe. And I don't think the Star Trekkin' has been done before.

I demand Michael Jackson's thriller.
I can't dance on it. But it's soooo cool if someone actually COULD dance on it. ^^

I demand Michael Jackson's thriller. I second that. (I actually requested Thriller for my 24th birthday last year, which was AT a convention party! Sadly my B-day is now one week after F.A.C.T.S.) The new megamix from the 25th Anniversary album is pretty good as well.
