Just came back from the cinema, where I watched the Star Trek movie. (finally) It was a very good movie. Really looking nice. It stayed true to the original Star Trek series and it also had some new ingredients to it. It wasn't just good for the Trekkies, but also to new fans.
If they should say to me that there is only one thing I may change to it. Then I would say the phasers from the ship. Typical of Star Trek is the long laser firing. And in the new movie there are rapidly laserfires. On the other hand you get more action and explosions that way. Something that nowadays are needed for some people in movies. (But not necessary for me)
Next up: X-men Origins: Wolverine

SOOOO going to Star Trek on Wednesday, since one of my friends 'cheated' on me (we promised to go together on saturday, but i couldn't, so she said "I won't see it then" but she did... all alone, which i think is pretty stupid, since she has NO IDEA what star trek is (And my family is full of trekkies)...) SO YEAH
EXCITED! Taking a friend with me who actually had the patience (and knowledge! yay trekkies) for the movie xD
(Still have to ask my mom.... oh well xD)
EDIT: I agree with hadesgod xD Can't wait to see the new HP, demons and angels, transformers and others, too many good movies!

Went today to Wolverine. (Something came between on Saturday)
A good movie, the beginning was cool (different wars) and the action begins very good when he gets his adamantium claws. The end fight was really awesome. Really like the relations between Wolverine and Sabretooth (and Stryker).
Only thing I would want was better view of the other mutants (Like Gambit and Emma Frost). A downfall was that they have cutted out Storm when she was little, like in the trailer.
A good movie that tells the story of how Logan became Wolverine very well. But wanted more insight of some of the other mutants. Overall a great movie that expands the X-men universe.

And there will also be a movie for Deadpool and one for Gambit.

I went to see Star Trek and Angels and Demons a while back, Star Trek lived up to my expectations big time, if I may say the best ST-movie to date (yes even better than the Wrath of Khan ). A word of advice for Angels and Demons, DO NOT read the book before going to see the movie, you will be really dissapointed, I was Alot of things that made the book great where either edited or completely cut. A shame because they could of followed the book completely and still have a movie with the same length. Don't understand me wrong, it's a great movie with great scenes but I was dissapointed they didn't follow the book.

I went to see Angels and Demons yesterday and thought it was AAAAWESOME.
Never read the book, lol. It is not THAT hard to understand or keep up and anyone who can't keep up is not very bright, in my humble opinion. Sure, you might need to know a TINY bit about the Vatican, but most of it is explained by the main characters.
Tom Hanks had a better haircut in this movie than in The DaVinci Code (huray!) and it had EWAN MCGREGOR!!! That was a HURAAAAY for me! Cause I didn't know he was in it until the movie started and you already see him in the opening credits so I was like: YES!
And it also has Stellan Skarsgard, that is the actor that played Bill Turner (daddy of Will) in Pirates. He was also in Mama Mia. I loooove that actor and his voice. He rocks. He had a cool part too.
The movie had some great scenes, some horrific moments and it was a ehm... billenknijper. I loved it very very much.
The original intention was to go see Star Trek though!!! We were gonna see Trek but it wasn't playing on fridays anymore. We will probably head out to see it on monday or tuesday now.

After long postponing, I finally went to see "Angels and Demons". And it was an amazing movie. Great actors (Tom Hanks and Ewan McGregor), great storytelling and the many churches we see in the movie, love it.

Watched "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" today. It was an awesome movie. Better than the first one? Yes and no. Some things where better, like around 60 transformers!!! Awesome battles.
Downfall is that we don't get to introduce and see many new transformers very well. And there is a lot of info for one movie.
Conclusion: Great movie and to make it better for the third one, make a 3-hour movie!!! ;D
I am a huge Transformers fan and I can't stop talking about, but I think I am going to give a better review of it over a month, so I don't spoil to much for those who will see it.

I liked TRANSFORMERS a lot as well. Great story and we get so many new autobots (and some decepticons who turn out to be cool . . . ) Loved the twins as for the "new" Prime
Can i hope to see this rumor come to life : A THIRD GHOSTBUSTERS movie to come. Please let it be true, please let it be true
