2012 was one of the most heartbreaking/heartwarming movies I've seen in a few years. I'm tearing up as I type.
Seeing the world "die" in ways that I cannot explain to be possible was one of the worst, yet most exciting, parts of the movie itself. But seeing the people that lead our world, presidents, scientists, ministers,... all join together to save what we could save, to do what we could and to help us in any way, sounded so real to me.
This movie even scared me. I know the likelyhood of this happening isn't proven, but what if something like this happens, what if there's 0.001% possibility of this happening. I seriously got scared at some parts of the movie. Volcanos, floods, earth that splits, earthquakes,... I just hope that, if this happens, we'll all get over it quickly, or we die, or it only lasts for a few minutes/hours/days. So that we wont have to suffer so hard.
Either way, this movie isn't only about the end of the world, it's about working together, about how some people don't have a heart, or get one after knowing/learning what the right thing to do is.
I recommend this movie to everyone.

Saw 2012 last saturday, and I must say it was amazing. I expected it to be good but not THAT good, it was just, wow. Imagine a movie like that in 3D |

@hadesgod. Oh yes saw taht trailer of Salt too, looks really nice. Also the whole part where she's like "No I'm not a spy" then goes off tripping balls and flees like hell XD made me laugh XD
YAY FOR 2012.
(Heard some disturbing comment about it which made me slightly mad. Someone told me "I still think Twilight is more realistic and therefor better than 2012." ... Sorry but this made me go. OH NO YOU DIDN'T! Tell me what you think D: )

In my opinion, is was boring. Others were playing with their cell phone in the cinema. I expected much more from the movie and at the end none of questions were answered. Better luck next time at the cinema (with the Na'vi's  ) |

Oh heck yes. I never watch thrillers/horror/and the likes of those at the cinema, 'cause i can't focus and THINK when i'm in a big room getting all annoyed over people with their loud eating of crisps XD
SO I always watch action movies with fantasy and such, since it's not something you have to follow 100% all the time. I had to pee during 2012 and went away for 5 minutes, came back and they were still crashing down with their plan over china, so i didn't miss anything. XD
Convinced my mom to go to Avatar on the 19th (we can't go on the 18th because my school expects us to come and pick up my rapport card *rolls eyes* d**n THEM)
I'm looking forward too this. SO HARD. I'm falling in love with the Na'vi's ;__;

Agree with strawberry, it was very nice.
I saw it in 3D and i must say, i was amazed at how far technologie is with these effects. (or i'm just so old fashion and slow moving ^^;; )

Went yesterday to see Avatar, i got the time, i got loads of free tickets (so why not use them for a change ) and i got the huge curiousity for this movie wich was well praised everywhere. AND i got to see it in 3D too . . . In general when i go to the cinema and saw the movie, there are some times movies, where i want to shovel the ticket back in the director's  and there are also movies that i'm really amazed by a movie that i want to go see it right away again And Avatar is definitly in the second category (and i wil go see it again this week ;D ) I just loved the story, the action, the effects, the cast, the Na'vi. We are being pulled in the movie with the 3D aswel. Before i realised it, the hours passed away like nothing, so exciting this movie is  WOOOW i just got to get me this movie asap when he comes out Such a masterpiece indeed ! ! |
