WANTED (with Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman) was based on a comic, written by Mark Millar (published by TopCow). How many more movies has Millar taken to Hollywood? 2.

A lot of people wrote 3 but I think they misread the question and added |Wanted| to the total...

In total there are 3 movies by Millar in the near future

-Kick Ass (with Nicolas Cage; soon)
-War Heroes

There is one other project (Chosen or American Jesus) but that is just talks and nothing dedicated yet.
