Dear F.A.C.T.S. visitors, A small contest is organized to celebrate Mr. Ferrigno's presence at F.A.C.T.S. 2009. Lectrr has drawn a new cartoon but couldn't find a tagline. It's up to you to come up with a original tagline (maximum 40 characters). Lectrr will select the most original tagline and the winner gets one free Lou Ferrigno signature, the official F.A.C.T.S. 2009 t-shirt and a signed reproduction of the original Lectrr cartoon.  facts.be/fa_contest_lectrr_hulk.html |

I think you misunderstood us. We were talking (or at least i was) about the fact that we didn't get the joke of the winning quote.
About the language, it has been said somewhere that it could be english or dutch. I think both on the site or forum.
