tickets pre-sale website

I went to free record shop earlier to buy my tickets but I couldn't buy a cosplay ticket there, so out of our entire party i'm the only one that misses her ticket

I've been trying for an hour now to buy one online but the website keeps timing out = / anybody else having this issue?

it would be really lame to be the only one out of 6 ppl that's going to have to buy one at the entrance (and it's even more stupid then considering I payed 1 euro extra for each as even the ticketprice at free record shop was higher then at the entrance >_<)


edit: just heared from a friend who I asked about this problem that on facebook, which I don't have, appearantly it's written that it's an issue from Telenet, so I hope it'll be fixed soon

any help with this pleaaaaaaase

I also have Telenet and I bought my ticket ± 30 minutes ago.
Hopefully you'll succeed in getting yours too.

yeah I just tried it again and now it worked just fine actually I don't have telenet so I don't know what the problem was
