Hello everybody!
I am opening this topic already because I saw on Facebook there were many people asking "when will I get my pictures?" - in case they would be mailed to you.
I can say now that it is the top priority of the photographer to sort that out.
However, FACTS is just over, he needs some sleep now. I will give him a call tomorrow evening and ask him how it is progressing, and I will post an update here. That way you know when to expect the pictures. For now it is too early to say, but it has a high priority, so do not worry about it.
Last year we had a similar situation on the saturday, and I believe everyone got their pictures within two weeks. I can not say if it will be 1 week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks now, but tomorrow I should be able to give you a better estimate of that!
We apologise for this inconvenience ofcourse! We will keep you updated in this topic.

Hi, first of all, thanks for your great work at the photoshoots Jesse and everyone else. It was great. I have a question, will the pictures be online at the website like last year? (In smaller size, for use on facebook etc.)? Thanks, Peter |

Hello Peter! Yes, you can rest assured that they will be! If you go to www.aztek-tv.com, you can see that they already left room for links with all the photoshoots of the actors. Ofcourse, sending out the mails is the top priority now, but those pictures will appear online as well in a few more weeks. |

Ok, as promised, the update!
First of all, something I want to say in advance before someone misunderstands something.
- there are a large number of pictures from the sunday (over 150 pictures) that will be sent out by e-mail.
- there are also several pictures that will be sent out by normal mail/snail mail. This is a smaller number of people that agreed to that.
Snail mail pictures
Today the photographer has already been sorting out the pictures that they need to print and send by snail mail. These pictures will be sent to the lab for printing in the next few days and they are estimating that by next week, these pictures will be sent out in the mail. I will update here once the pictures are sent out, but know for now that it is estimated to be early next week.
E-mail pictures
Apparantly this evening they have already started sending out the first Tom Felton photoshoot pictures! I should have specific numbers of the amount of pictures that are sent out by tomorrow. (I promise you another update by then!)
These images are very large in size, so that you can print them in good quality as well! I believe the size of these images will be between 10 and 15 MB.
The size of these images is what slows down the work a bit (because smaller images would be faster to send ofcourse.)
Know that they are working hard on it!
As for the cosplay pictures, they will not be forgotten! Perhaps some of them will already be online by the end of the weekend!
(I know from back when I cosplayed what a hell it was to wait for cosplay pictures for such a long time!!! But trust me: they'll appear online too, and when they do, you'll be just as happy ;-))

The mails will be coming from actorphotofacts2011@gmail.com - they are still sending out the Tom Felton photoshoot pictures from sunday currently. For some people the pictures are too big to receive (13 MB), but in that case, they upload it to some webspace they have and forward the link then.

Good news! They are almost half-way through with all the e-mail pictures! (Not yet, but almost.) It's still only Tom Felton pictures, I believe, because those were over half of the e-mail pictures anyways.
They did encounter another problem today. The gmail account from where they were sending the 13MB images, suddenly blocked because gmail thought they were sending out spam or something similar. So now Piotr has also been sending mails from his work address, and he might continue now with sending mails from his personal address (cause he would like to keep his job too, haha.)
Gosh, kind of stupid of gmail to block them from sending out large mails... But they have made quite a lot of progress today so it should only take a few more days now! (I am personally hoping that it will all be sent out before the weekend.)

I heard from Piotr that he has also started with the other actor-pictures. He still has about 7 Tom Felton pictures to send though, but they came back due to the large size so he is gonna have to put them on some webspace first, and he's also started with other actor-pictures.
But the other pictures are also being sent out. I get the idea he's made a lot of progress this evening... So with any luck 98% of the pictures will be sent out by mail tomorrow evening. I'll post updates, as usual.

But I've got good news:
ALL E-MAIL PICTURES ARE SENT OUT.
Yep.
As for the snail mail images, those are sent to the lab today and will be sent out from the belgian post on monday.
There's only 2 people whom we're not sure about, because they already received their prints (atleast some of them), and we're not sure what they still need to get sent out by mail. They were contacted by Facebook message to clarify this. They might receive their pictures later, if it's still necessary to send them any pictures, cause all looks to be alright for them. (Yet it puzzles us why we got their address then...)

Just to make it clear: if you have not received your pictures through e-mail yet, let me know your contact details in a private message and with whom you were on the picture.
The thing is, if we entered a wrong e-mail address, it is possible that we will only be notified tomorrow. (After 48 hours of sending that mail). Someone just sent me a message and in his case, we had made a spelling mistake in the e-mail address. In such a case we are not always notified immediately that the mail did not arrive. So if you are missing your picture, do not hesitate to contact me!
