During one of the lunch meetings of the people working at the Archonia company, the Kapow Comic Con in London became a topic of discussion.
It appeared everyone there wanted to go, and the organisers now asked themselves if more people wanted to join them. Since nobody really wanted to drive by car, they came up with the idea to organise a bus trip.
The bus would depart in Diepenbeek (nearby Hasselt, on Saturday the 9th of April, at 4:00 AM in the morning and be back the same day around midnight. Specifically, that would mean you would be present at the Con from 11:00 AM 'till 18:00 PM. If enough people are interested, the organisers will also make the bus stop at the carpool parkings between Limburg and Calais, so that not everyone needs to travel to Diepenbeek per se.
After checking with the travel agency, it appears that the exact price for the bus, including the entree ticket, would be 62 euros per person. (normally the ticket alone costs 18 euros). In the bus, there are 50 places available.
The main advantage will be that everyone will arrive and return home safely and have no travel worries themselves. But the main question at the moment remains: will Archonia be able to get a full bus?
