Having rewatched the Goonies today, I'd really love to meet someone from the cast (other than Sean Astin). I know Josh Brolin and possibly Joe Pantoliano are impossible. But what about the others? Kerri Green and Jeff Cohen haven't done anything really F.A.C.T.S. themed and Martha Plimpton was only in an episode of Fringe and Dante's Inferno. But perhaps Jonathan Ke Quan (Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom), Robert Davi (Predator 2, Die Hard, James Bond) or Corey Feldman (Lost Boys, Friday the 13th) might attract a crowd? Corey feldman the hero of the 80's. The goonies, what a classic. And don't forget Mikey, Sean Astin, Samwise. He would attract both generations of movie fans...

And to make that table complete put Leonard Nimoy next to him.
It might draw a crowd.

Jurassic Park turns 20 this year! We're celebrating with a re release of the movie (one of the few times I'll actually go and watch a re release, JP is a childhood favorite) and perhaps a guest at F.A.C.T.S.?
Other than Samuel L. Jackson and Richard Attenborough, I think most would be willing to do conventions. So my suggestions:
Ariana Richards (plays Lex, is also in Tremors 1 & 3) Joseph Mazzello (plays Tim, is also in G.I. JOE 2, the Pacific & the Social Network) Sam Neill (plays Alan Grant, is also in tons of F.A.C.T.S. related stuff) Laura Dern (plays Ellie Sattler, hasn't done much F.A.C.T.S. related work but much other stuff) Jeff Goldblum (plays Ian Malcolm, also in the Fly and Independence Day) Wayne Knight (plays Dennis Nedry, also a voice actor for Disney/Pixar and he was in Punisher:War Zone and in 3rd Rock from the Sun) B.D. Wong (plays the unimportant Dr. Wu, but was also in Mulan, 7 Years in Tibet & Oz)

Like every year, I'd like to suggest Tony Curran! He's best known for playing the Invisible Man in the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Weath in the 13th Warrior, bad guy Marcus in Underworld: Evolution, mad king Stephen in Pillars of the Earth and Rodney in Flight of the Phoenix. He also had minor roles in Blade 2, Tintin, Pearl Harbor, ... He will also star in the upcoming Syfy show Defiance. It seems interesting, could be a hit Oh, and I've heard that Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond from Lost) will be doing his first convention (or at least that's what I've heard, perhaps he has done conventions before). When there's a first, there's usually a second so...

Holy list dogsolderthingy Chris Sarandon loved him as the voice of jack (and frightnight) Bruce, evil dead, C is on everybody's list, i think. Would be great to meet him. Freddy, R.E, was also on your list but he was there 3, 4 years ago. I think he's to expensive for another visit. But if the price is as big as his career after Freddy... i think his phantom performance won't be a big influence on the price

How about Andrew Lee Potts and Finn Jones? Finn Jones was at Antwerp Convention today, so why not bring him to F.A.C.T.S.?

How about Andrew Lee Potts and Finn Jones? Finn Jones was at Antwerp Convention today, so why not bring him to F.A.C.T.S.? Why not at FACTS, you say? Well because, like you already said, he was already at the Antwerp Convention. So the people who wanted to see them should have gone to the Antwerp convention. I rather see some guests who haven't been in belgium before.

Since it's the 20th Aniversary of FACTS this year, why not try for two big names and leave it at that? My personal list is short: Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen. This would score big with several franchises (Trek, X-Men and LOTR).
Make it so, FACTS Team!

Must've been awesome to meet Brad Dourif And I wouldn't say Karl Urban would be a dream. He used to do very few cons, but he did one last year in the UK. So perhaps he might be doing them more often

Brad Dourif is absolutely lovely and strangely he's a very shy guy ^^ Quite the opposite of his usual parts in movies. He's actually the very first actor I met -and one of high favourites!- and I was so amazed by how simple and kind he is! He's probably the one who made me realize that actors are finally just human beings So I sincerely wish you to meet him. On the contrary, Christopher Lee is the most unpleasant, arrogant and self centered man I ever met! If I should meet him again, I think I'd throw him rotten tomatoes!!!

I certainly hope I'll get that chance Shame to hear about Christopher Lee though, his co-stars usually seem to have such high regard for him. But then again, the atmosphere on a movie set and a convention are of course very different
