As always, I would love to see some more HP movie actors. LOTR is also always welcome.
(Personally, I would go for Matthew Lewis - Neville Longbottom in the HP movies. I'm sure he'll attract many fangirls and I can't recall that he ever came to the Benelux before.)
I'm also a very big fan of Once Upon a Time, but that great show isn't even on the telly yet here in Belgium and the actors will most likely be committed to filming next year in october. So I don't think that's going to be doable and it might be more profitable to wait for a year or two until it gets some recognition in this part of the world.
Someone I've also been mentioning for years is Dante Basco. He voiced Zuko in Avatar: The Last Airbender and played Rufio in Hook. He's a really cool guy and I think he would be fun to have at the convention.
The last Star Trek actor we had at FACTS was Robert Picardo and that was amazing to me. I would love to see some other actor from Deep Space Nine or Voyager. (Though the other Treks are cool as well of course, it's just that I'm more into DS9 and VGR)
Eoin Macken from Merlin. I'm quite sure he does conventions. He's a busy bee though, but the friendliest dude you will ever meet. (Trust me, I've met him.) Plus: he's soooooo handsome. -rr- Oh, in case you were wondering, he plays Gwaine in Merlin.
And that's about it. :-)

Please let Norman Reedus come again next year for 2013? And Michael Rooker too aka Merle Dixon from the Walking Dead. Also, it would be very terrific to include Benedict Cumberbatch (aka Sherlock Holmes) and Martin Freeman (aka John Watson) from BBC Sherlock. Having rewatched the Goonies today, I'd really love to meet someone from the cast (other than Sean Astin).
I know Josh Brolin and possibly Joe Pantoliano are impossible. But what about the others? Kerri Green and Jeff Cohen haven't done anything really F.A.C.T.S. themed and Martha Plimpton was only in an episode of Fringe and Dante's Inferno. But perhaps Jonathan Ke Quan (Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom), Robert Davi (Predator 2, Die Hard, James Bond) or Corey Feldman (Lost Boys, Friday the 13th) might attract a crowd?
