Anthony Daniels needs no introduction. Everyone knows him as C-3PO in the Star Wars series. He got the role because George Lucas was interested in his pantomime qualities but refused it at first. Thanks to the persistence of his manager, he accepted the part to play C-3PO. Together with R2-D2 they’re the most known robots of the universe. He and R2-D2 actor Kenny Baker are the only actors to have a role in all six Star Wars movies. As C-3PO, he has the first line in the first Star Wars (1977) and the last line in the last Star Wars (2005). He also appeared as C-3PO in the Sesame Street, the Muppets Show and did the voice in the Droids cartoon series (1985) and The Clone War.. He also hosted/narrated various symphonic events, especially Star Wars In Concert in its American and European tours.

Cool! I get another shot at his autograph then...
Not that I haven't had that opportunity before (last July even) but now I at least have seen all 6 films.

Fantastic news! I've been waiting to meet him for quite a while Having Kenny Baker, Peter Mayhew and Billy Dee Williams, he'll be a nice addition to my Star Wars collection.

I'm really excited for him. Since he was the very first acor I really met. And that in 2006 on FACTS. So to meet him again and get a decent picture through the photoshoot will be awesome. Since I hadn't even got a digital camera back then.
An idea for his photoshoot: Don't know if there is a lifesize (correct) C-3PO statue or like that on FACTS that a fanclub or like that has with them. But it would be cool for the photoshoot to have you in the middle with Anthony on one side and C-3PO on the other. If I would have one, I would have lent you it, but sadly I don't.

Good news, I missed him last time around, definitely want an autograph now.
One question: he tends to vary the amount asked for an autograph. I know that FACTS tries to limit the amount to "acceptable Belgian standards", which I really appreciate, so will this be the case here? Any news on that?

Exact price is not yet fixed but will hopefully be less than at that small Star Wars convention in Essen :-p

So 4 weeks to go, but any word on the prices for the guests? For the photoshoots, autographs? And the same goes for the artists, sketches, commisssions?

How much did he ask for at the Essen Convention? Remember, I have a weak heart, break it to me gently...

I just noticed that Autograph Bounty Hunter is asking 35 euro for an Anthony Daniels autograph which he will obtain at FACTS and then ship to you. I'd say that the price on the spot should be something slightly less than that. Perhaps 30 euros?

Depends I guess. There's another autograph handler that charges 5 pounds on top of the autograph, another 5 pounds if you want it dedicated to you and that's not even including shipment. Personally I'm hoping 25€, but wouldn't be surprised if it were 30€

Last time it was 25€, so Im hoping it stay that way. And so far no guest as surpassed the 25€ barrier. Atleast with all the guests I've been.

It will be 30€ (half as in Essen). A bargain Essen was indeed a bit out there as far as autograph prices went... 30€ is doable, especially now that I have learned that Iain Glen will only be there on Saturday. Means I can spend his money on Daniels.
