You'll have to get past the FACTS-team to get in, and i'll make sure to get my heat-seeking device so your plan won't work next year hehehe

I think the following ideas suggested in this topic are very good: 1) Separate dressing rooms for boys and girls. 3) If possible a vestiaire of some where cosplayers can leave behind their regular clothes. Afterwards day 1 I was hot and sweaty and wanted to cool myself down, but that's very hard when there are males in the dressing room (so you can't take your sweaty clothes off) and the dressing room is open to everyone. I found the dressing room also very small last year. At every spot lay clothes, props, pieces of costumes, normal clothing... Isn't it possible to get a bigger (or even two) dressing rooms, with a decent door (and eventually a security guard or something)? 2) A photo corner. It appears cosplayers are being put among the photo dealers, which results in traffic jams and ugly backgrounds. I agree with that, but than you'll have to make those spots everywhere, because anywhere there walk around people who just put the cosplayers on picture, bad background or not. Btw: You could make some awesome spots here, make a decor like a Geonosian Arena painting or something more universal, like a forest, desert, lake with beach, city... and you got great filling for boring walls! Ok, this is just an idea and I fear it will stay that. Anyway: I would like that rule indeed, people asking you if they can make a picture of you. Fortunately, I had some nice people photographing last year asking if they could put me on photo. But I don't know what to expect this year. Sometimes it's obvious you can make a photo, like when you have interaction with another cosplayer. Last year I was mostly moving to open areas if possible, to give photographers the chance to make a good picture without too much disturbing backgrounds and to keep the traffic from holding up. That worked pretty well in my opinion

I have no idea to be honest, but last year they weren't.

I have no idea to be honest, but last year they weren't. Okay. That does it. I'm cosplaying this year. I'm going as... erm... that... guy? With the shoes? And the shirt? Yeah, that one. So, erm... where are those non-separate dressing rooms? ;D

The dressing room was next to room 1 (where the guest stars were) just next to the old parking. i think they were both in the same room, i was one of the many FACTS-members who look up that no one sneeked it to the dressing room to steel some props/ costumes or other valuable things. It would indeed nice to have those nice backgrounds for the pictures, but wouldn't it create just a big crowd around those walls , everybody wanting to use those backgrounds, i had an nice alternative for this little problem : take the pictures outside in front of the ICC just in front of the entrance.

It is quite a disgrace that there weren't seperate dressing rooms
and the only reason I don't cosplay is because of my shyness and being brand a freak on a huge site would be my death

About the seperate dressing rooms... me and my friend often wear costumes that don't allow us to wear bra's... meaning we constantly have to cover each other with something while we change... meaning we lose valuable time!!! So I vote for seperate rooms!!! (and a guard in front of it that doesn't look weird when a 'guy' (aka female crossplayer) enters the girls room XD ...maybe the guard just has to investigate?? XDDDD)

Just get dressed at home. That way jou don't need a dressingroom, nore a place to leave your normal outfit and bags. Youl'll maybe even get a discount at the entrence if you arive in costume.

If fear that's impossible.. I can wear parts from home, but I have to walk a half hour before I reach the bus, and then I have to travel about an hour and a half.. meaning I'll die in my costume before I ever reach facts... also, I wear more than one costume per day, so a changing room would be very appreciated...

I cannot change beforehand too. I do have to fit in an VERY small car with five people this year, that's uncomfortable sitting for almost two hours!! My costume wouldn't just allow it also. I would love to enter Facts dressed as ''fully armed'' cosplayer, but I just can't. I hate it to get dressed while everybody's already done and walking around! But I have no choice. Can't we make a poll about this or so??

I'll be arriving fully costumed, since I wont be able to get into my costume (well ... part of it) by myself, so I have no choice but to sit on the train fully costumed (but do I really mind? ? ;D ;D ;D )

It's a powerful feeling, isn't it?
I once had pink hair for like... two weeks.... And it wasn't even carnaval (what an outrage to my province! To look silly when it's not carnaval!) The stares were... a bit odd... By the time I grew to love the stares, it was time to dye my hair black again. *sad sigh*
I wonder if I'll ever have real pink hair again?
It was messy when taking a shower or taking a bath though. XD Pink water. Whoot!

It was messy when taking a shower or taking a bath though. XD Pink water. Whoot! Oh god. I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. I have to use this dye that you can wash out, because it's the only thing that still works on my hair. (It's dead from bleaching it too much) EVERYTHING is turning pink. It's insane... though I wouldn't give up my haircolour for a non-pink life. XD
