I'm starting to get afraid for going to see 'the Last Airbender'. Just watch a review of it from the AngryJoeShow, who does mostly game reviews and from time to time a movie review. And it wasn't good at all. What we see in the teaser (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0ZjjMBXMpk), we don't even see in the movie. That guy is annoying. I watch it untill the middle of it. Saying Boondock Saints are horrible movies, I immediately closed the window.

Saying Boondock Saints are horrible movies, I immediately closed the window. in what way is he annoying?just because he doesnt like a movie you do?you must be annoyed by plenty of people then. anyway,listen to the man before drawing hasty conclusions he's saying boondock 2 sucks,not the 1st one. im a huge fan of the 1st movie myself but havent seen the second yet,so i yet have to draw conclusions myself. anyways,his review is spot on and he remains one of my favourite reviewers. |

ah,i see  well,doing reviews of current movies is something he does in between and are done at the bat at request of his viewers. he mainly focuses on exploitation flicks which ofcourse he puts more time and work in to review as he can script every episode. joe's review was great aswell.hoping noah antweiler will do one also he can just ramble on about movies |

So, I don't think I will go watch the Last Airbender in the cinema, but download it instead. So many bad reviews. Can't be good at all. Anyone have a good quality download link for it? I streamed it from tvshack.cc but the camera is off sometimes there, not awefull but its annoying :/ |

d**n and i had so good expectations about the Avatar the last airbender.
The good thing i won't have spilled a one of my cinema tickets for this one and can use for another good movie instead.

So no more Edward Norton as the Hulk anymore. They decided that they will use another actor to play the Hulk in the Avengers. Wich made me kinda pissed off. Since I really liked him in the role as Bruce Banner. Especially if you hear it's a personal attack on Edward Norton and not about money, saying he has no groupspirit. On the other hand Heath Ledger as the Joker turned out well so maybe it would be the same. When i was in Japan i saw some merchandise in a closet. In that closet was a poster of "Gotham city" the next Batman movie. On that poster was a girl who looked like the joker. My guess is that its Harley Quinn played by Kirsten Bell.

I never doubted when I heard Heath Ledger would be playing the Joker. And with the Hulk, there now on there 3 actor who's gonna play Bruce Banner.

I must slow down my typing and read my posting more often before posting them  Indeed i ment Kirsten Bell but i wouldn't mind if Kirsten Dunst would play the Harley Quinn aswell ;D Also saturdaynight i went to see Centurion, wich i really liked a lot. If you liked the epic fighting like in gladiator and you're not afraid a seeing bloody combats you wil like this one |

Had a cinema marathon yesterday. Watched Predators and then The Karate Kid.
Really liked both of them.
Predators did great justice to it's franchise. The acting was solid as a rock. It would be fair to say that compared to the original Predator movie, this movie exceeds in the acting department.
It was interesting to see how each character was unique in their own way. Each having there own way of killing and choose of weapons.
The story itself is well written and not rushed, it takes time to unfold events, and ample time is given to develop characters. We don't get to see the hunters very often, which adds more thrill and suspense to the story, just like the original flick.
The reference to the original one was a great touch. Aswell as introducing us to the new predators. Hoping to see more of them and there relations to the original hunters. And their dogs are awesome looking.
I will say that any predator fan or even someone who likes a good action/thriller should watch this movie. It was worth the 8 euro.
Now The Karate Kid blew my mind. This is how to do a remake!!!!
Never thought of a remake so different from the original but so good that you may want to forget the original. Not saying that the original is not good. I'm only saying that I think it surpasses the original one because of it's charisma.
This film contains beautiful cinematography, great fighting scenes, and fun music.
The movie is so moving that it even made me teary-eyed.
The acting was superb, both Jackie and Jaden really know how to act. Taraji P. Henson (Jaden's mother in the movie) is hilarious! This is definitely a recommended for anybody, any size, any age!
It's fast, brutal, funny, it's a must see.
