I got a feeling it will be ANTHONY DANIELS. As he's doing a con 3 weeks before this event and one the week after, both in Europe.

He has been there a couple of times, so I hope to see someone else.

Also, I wouldn't really count Anthony Daniels as a huge name (though I'd love to have him as a guest at FACTS)

Hint 3. It's a male guest.

Keep in mind that James Bond is such a huge series of films that it's very difficult to find any actors that have NOT participated in the James Bond franchise. Especially not 'huge names'...
I would still support David Tennant, although Tom Felton wouldn't surprise me either.

Hmm, no Carrie then... Curious....

is David Tennant a big name? I don't think a lot of people who don't watch Doctor Who would know him. Sure he was in Harry Potter, but that doesn't make him a big name right? Still, wouldn't mind meeting him either

I'd be more inclined to guess someone like Kenny Baker if it's in the 'big 4' franchises, since he's attending an adjacent convention. R2-D2 is also quite shiny, if Han Solo doesn't keep scratching his paint! ;D Well, what do you know. Kenny Baker has just been announced. So, which means he isn't our mystery guest.

Cryptic hint 4.
"You should provide adequate compensation."

Cryptic hint 4. "You should provide adequate compensation." Which is either a movie quote (and if it is, I couldn't find squat about it!) or it just means that the guest you want to book is ridiculously expensive. So somebody like Harrison Ford? ;D Then again, what would FACTS be without the cancellation of Marc Singer, right?

Well, it can't be David Prowse, since he's been at FACTS before. If you want to go that route, it *could* be Hayden Christensen (Anakin Skywalker), but AFAIK, he's just as impossible to get as Harrison Ford anyway.

Yeah and the FACTS twitter posted: "he did not play in the Star Wars saga" that kinda negates those options I think.

OK, I think that scores one for Tom Felton once again...

Oh, I hope not Tom Felton. I'm already meeting him @ Ringcon In all honesty, I find it very weird that they listed James Bond as a possibility. Star Wars, LOTR and Harry Potter seem logic choices because they're fantasy and sci-fi. So, maybe an expensive James Bond star that has probably played in a sci fi, fantasy or horror film. So, perhaps Yaphet Kotto (Alien), Christopher Walken, Grace Jones, Sean Bean, Famke Janssen, Robbie Coltrane, Alan Cumming, Jonathan Pryce, Gerard Butler, Michelle Yeoh, Robert Carlyle, Rosamund Pike, Michael Madsen, Gemma Arterton, Eva Green, ... could fit the bill? Most of them probably don't do conventions or are quite expensive, the latter being one of the hints and not to forget that F.A.C.T.S. was wondering how much we would pay for a guest.

Christopher f'n Walken f' yeah! FACTS needs more cowbell!
Sean Bean would be awesome, but I think he is quite busy (and really popular) with Game of Thrones now.
And you're right, Gerard Butler was in a James Bond movie XD Everytime I think of his glorious role I lol.

if its from bond , it must be Richard Kiel
- he played in 2 bond films - a huge star = the dude is very tall - shiny = those shiny steel teeth he has in the bond films -You should provide adequate compensation , no idea about this one , maybe its something Hugo Drax said to Jaws in Moonraker ?
then again, Christopher Lee played in a bond film too and seemed pretty tall to me when i met him a few years ago at the BIFFF. but isnt Lee shooting the Hobbit now ?

For people who follow twitter, knows it isn't any one from Star Wars or James Bond. So that leaves us with Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings!!!
hints so far:
*Never been to FACTS before *Male actor *Either Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings
Cryptic hints: *"You should provide adequate compensation." *"If the tea would become an elle, then his knees might need a shell..."

if the tea would become an elle, then his knees might need a shell. I've been thinking about this for maybe 10 minutes and I can't figure it out yet
