Hm, I'm quite torn on this.
On the one hand, more space is always better. And I suppose it's good if it's going to be cooler inside, though I must say I never had any problem with the temperature.
On the other hand, this is gonna be a pain to get to with public transport now. At the ICC all I needed to do was take the train and walk for 5-10 minutes. Now I have to take a tram?
I've never taken a tram in my life. I have no idea where I need to get on, let alone where I have to get off. Or how long the ride to the Expo will be.
I don't want to pay for an early bird ticket only to arrive at the same time as everyone else can enter, because the ride took too long or I missed my stop or something like that.
This really looks like it might become a disaster. For me that is.

NOTHING. Or even...it is the same as a train, but then smaller...JUST THE SAME! You get in, you sit it out and you get out. If you do not know where to get out, just ask the driver. They are supposed to help you with that kinda thing. IN the meantime I have no idea where I need to get on, let alone where I have to get off. Or how long the ride to the Expo will be. You get on at the end of the trainstation. Just follow the signs to the tram/busses when you get off the train. Every five minutes LINE ONE leaves there for a FIVE minute-trip. So you are faster in the Expo then walking to the ICC  End you have to get off at the END of the line...so you really have no worries since it WILL stop there and you can see the building (see picture at the frontpage of www.facts.be ) well ahead of time (watch your watch...5 minutes after leaving the trainstation ) so to reply again to This really looks like it might become a disaster. For me that is.

(btw, can you believe I'll actually be travelling 1,5 hours to get to expo while ICC was only 55 minutes for me? XD don't ask xDDD)

I agree with saya, 2 years ago we didn't even know where in ghent it was, so... we just followed a horde of nerds xD (because the only ones who were on the train were old people and nerds at 8 o'clock in the morning xD) You just can't miss the stream.

Take a look at your own words and do notice that is sounded like you were going to relive a Tsunami by yourself! Also take notice that I thanked you for that laugh and also do take notice that I took a LOT of time, trying to make you feel better and relativate things to a more bearable level !!! Been reading this by now VERY long post quite some time already. And although i agree with most people about certain concerns, i'm simply suprised noone says anything about this F.A.C.T.S being at flanders expo in matter of image to the outside world.
Flanders Expo is know throughout the country, it's even known OUTSIDE the country. A very famous name ..... which is now connected to F.A.C.T.S. If that's not a little (no wait little? it's rather big) nudge in the back then i don't know what is.
It used to be:
"F.A.C.T.S is held at the I.C.C"
"What's a I.C.C? Is that an organisation???"
"Noooo it's a building."
Now it will be:
"F.A.C.T.S is held at Flanders Expo"
"HEY, i know that place, i heard it before, must be cool".
