not to whine or anything = / I was like oh yeah they're at Expo woot so much space, but you only use 2 halls? That's less than "beestjes & baasjes", they also had the main hall and 2 sidehalls, and there I already said there wasn't much to see  and just curious about how you're going to locate all the activities (cosplay/gameroom/shops/cafetaria/stargate incase there is one again/...) Don't compare us with conventions like Bbeestjes & baasjes please. The ICC was 6000m² (with a lot of unused space due to corners, pillars,..) and the 2 halls in the FE are 8000m² (FULL space). Trust the FACTS-gods on the location. No Stargate this year which is in repairs . |

Thanks for your answers, have a great rest of week and see you in october! Normally it's 20 euro for an autograph. Sometime 25. And you can take pics from them and with them, but with some guests you will need to pay to for a posed picture with him/her. And that normally 10 euro. |

The US cons exist for way longer than the European conventions, as the States have a longer history of comic-book and movie mania. Most of those US conventions are not much more than collector's fairs though. For me, the charm on most European cons is actually the focus on actual content. Panels, workshops, cosplays and fan activities. Browsing through comics and merchandise is fun to do for a few hours, but nothing worth spending the entire weekend for. So where SDCC or NYCC may have ~30K visitors, most of these will visit for only a couple of hours or maybe a day. European conventions have a larger share of active people who stay for the entire weekend and contribute. |

I was wondering, last year we had DDR, will there be a DDR stand this year too? Or guitar hero? Para para? or something else that plays the same? XD Because we had alot of fun last year and well, it's always nice to see cosplayers play games xD

i liked it too (bit cold in the morning/evening) but it seemed like there were less dealers o.o i'm probably paranoid, ^^ loved the space between the dealer stands - space to move !!!!
