the ppl waiting to hand their jacket actually blocked the entrance for the ppl with a ticket there was a serious queue for ppl with a ticket, tho it went fast, once I got past the "vestiaire" there was absolutely nobody blocking the way. there was even no queue to check my ticket... it's crowded in such a way it's actually not fun to walk around anymore

It would also help if they would let the people with a ticket first in the building, then those who don't have one. And not at the same time. Otherwise not really a point to buy your ticket before hand.

^ I suppose you are referring to the situation at Opening Time (I recall from previous years).
This year I arrived on both days around noon at which point the "Have A Ticket / Need A Ticket"-divider really paid off.

Same as the last years: we really need a bigger space for the Q&A's where you don't have any trouble from the sound of the market. It was even worse this year with the drums. Best solution would be to have a separate room that can hold a lot of people where you can do the Q&A's and movie/serie showings.
Though it didn't bother me much, the lines for Norman Reedus and Teryl Rothery (on saturday) where quite long and did hinder the other visitors trying to pass.
Having all the dealers in one room was superb. It was easier to find shops again (though I'm still a supporter of the numbering the tables idea).
Other than that, I've got no complaints. It was freakin' awesome, as always.

^ On sunday I was standing at the entrance but just outside the Q&A-room and had a real hard time finding out what was being said by Mr. Reedus and Mr. Flannery.
I don't think anyone would mind if the sound from inside the Q&A-room could be heard outside in the (immediate) vicinity of the room.
"Other than that... It was freakin' awesome, as always." absolutely fits the bill.

I thought I had made this suggestion, but apparently not. A bit silly perhaps, but I'd love to see the mascotte more! You've got a freakin' awesome one, it should be more present

I have a suggestion to add for 2013, something I saw at Celebration Europe three weeks ago and thought about mentioning to the FACTS-people... so here goes...
Garbage cans...
At the Star Wars conventions, the cans were emptied several times a day. This to prevent overflowing garbage cans and junk just being tossed in the near vicinity of the cans. It's not the coolest job in the world to take out the garbage (which at CEII was done by the maintainers of the hall) but it does make for a cleaner area to walk through.
